Returns & Refunds Policy
At eliteluxuria, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item, we offer a return and refund process that is simple and straightforward. Please read through our return policy below:
Returns
Items can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment for most categories, except those listed as non-returnable or final sale. We strive to process returns efficiently, and you can follow the steps outlined below.
Return Process:
- Return requests should be made through the Online Returns Center.
- Items must be in original condition—unused, unopened, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- If the product was damaged in transit, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we aim to process refunds within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take an additional 5 to 7 business days for the funds to appear on your payment card statement.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to health, safety, or hygiene reasons. These include:
- Perishable goods
- Custom-made products
- Digital downloads and software
In such cases, the return policy does not apply unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and provide either a full refund or a replacement (if available). We may request pictures or additional information to assess the damage before issuing a refund/replacement.
Seller Returns (Marketplace Sellers)
If your order is fulfilled by a marketplace seller (third-party seller), please note:
- You will need to return the item directly to the seller.
- Sellers must provide a return address within the UAE, a prepaid return label, or a full refund without requiring the return of the item.
- In case of issues, you can file an A-to-Z Guarantee Claim for assistance with returns.
Replacement Policy
Some products, such as Large Appliances (e.g., refrigerators, TVs) and certain electronics, are eligible for a replacement only policy. If the item is damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement if available. If no replacement is available, a full refund will be provided, provided the item is in its original condition.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase by contacting our customer support team. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
International Returns
For international orders, the return process remains the same as for local orders. However, customers will be responsible for any international return shipping costs, as well as customs duties or import taxes.

Abuse of Return Policy
